Our vacation rental rates are based on four (4) guests. There is an additional charge of $30 per guest per night up to a maximum of six (6) guests. All rates are in US Dollars. The Kekaha Sunset Cottage is a NON-SMOKING vacation rental. No pets are allowed.

Kekaha Sunset Cottage Vacation Rental Rates 2012 Rates: |
All rates are in US Dollars. All rates are subject to a Hawaii Excise and Accommodations Tax of 13.25%.
Cleaning Fee $125 (every two weeks if more than a 30 day rental).
Foreign Currency:
Any bank fees associated with currency conversion will be added to the total rental fee.
A $300 refundable damage deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check out, if there is no damage to the Kekaha Sunset Cottage vacation rental. We require 50% of the vacation rental fee plus the $300 damage deposit to hold your reservation.

The balance of the vacation rental fee is due 30 days before your arrival.
We know that you won't want to cancel your plans to visit Kauai, however, if your circumstances require cancellation, your deposit will be returned when your reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date.
