Low Season Rates:
(April 1 - December 19)
3-night minimum stay
$140 per night up to 4 people
$170 per night for 5 people
$200 per night for 6 people
High Season Rates:
(December 20 - March 31)
3-night minimum stay
$160 per night up to 4 people
$190 per night for 5 people
$220 per night for 6 people
Taxes: All rates are subject to a Hawaii Excise and Accommodations Tax of 11.25%.
Cleaning Fee: $125 (every two weeks if more than 30 day rental)
Deposit: $300 refundable security deposit plus 50% of the rental fee required to hold reservation.
Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Currency: All rates are to be paid in US Dollars.
Foreign Currency:
Any bank fees associated with currency conversion will be added to the total rental fee.
