2012 Rates:
3-night minimum stay
$140 per night up to 4 people
$170 per night for 5 people
$200 per night for 6 people

Taxes: All rates are subject to a Hawaii Excise and Accommodations Tax of 13.25%.

Cleaning Fee: $125 (every two weeks if more than 30 day rental)

Deposit: $300 refundable security deposit plus 50% of the rental fee required to hold reservation. Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Currency: All rates are to be paid in US Dollars.

Foreign Currency:
Any bank fees associated with currency conversion will be added to the total rental fee.
